Ingredients:
5 young zucchini
1 spring onion
4 medium cucumbers
1 cup sun-dried tomatoes
1 tsp lovage
1 tsp marjoram
fresh sprouts
tamari
pepper
Soak sun-dried tomatoes in hot water until they soften. Halve zucchini lengthwise and slice them into a half centimeter large half moons. Quickly water-fry them on both sides together with the chopped spring onion and deglaze them with tamari. When zucchini are lukewarm, add neatly sliced cucumbers, chopped sun-dried tomatoes, seasoning, and sprouts. Mix well and season to taste.
