Ingredients:
2 medium sized leeks
1 medium sized white cabbage
3 bay leaves
2 tsp ground cumin
salt and pepper
water as needed
1 bunch fresh asparagus
Thinly slice the leeks, water fry them, add randomly cut cabbage and season until you get a nice fragrance. Add water as needed and stew. Just before serving add thinly sliced asparagus and mix together. We also made quickly blanched spinach (just before serving) and baked zucchini balls.
