Ingredients:
375 g ground oats
2 small or 1 large ripe banana
75 g soy flour
600 ml soy milk
150 ml water
pinch of vanilla
pinch of salt
pinch of cinnamon
1 ½ tbs ground golden flax seeds
1 ½ tbs coconut oil
Add all ingredients to a blender and blend them very quickly. Before you start making the waffles, let the batter sit at room temperature for 10 to 15 minutes until the batter thickens. Make waffles according to the instructions of a waffle maker's manufacturer.
