SOYA SALAD WITH TOOTHED JELLY FUNGUS

Serves 1

Ingredients:


Clean the cherry tomatoes and cut them in half or into quarters.

Clean the red pepper and mushrooms and cut them into strips.

Jelly fungus is eaten raw and needs no thermal treatment. Wash the rocket salad.


Place all the ingredients neatly into a bowl, add your favorite dressing and garnish with cream cheese.

Use your imagination and tailor the recipe to your taste. Enjoy creativity and Bon Appetit.
