Ingredients:
1 small butternut squash
1 small leek
pinch of nutmeg
salt
water
4 tbs homemade cream cheese
Peel and hollow out the squash and cut into smaller pieces. Water-fry chopped leek and squash, season and add water. Cook until the squash is done. Puree the squash and stir in homemade cream cheese just before you serve.
