HUMMUS

Preparation time: 20 min

Difficulty: easy


Serves 2


Ingredients:

150 g water

30 g lemon juice

80 g tahini

300 g chickpeas

salt



Add all ingredients to a blender and blend until smooth. Season to taste. If the hummus is too thick, add more water. You can also play around with flavors and season the hummus with paprika, ground coriander, cumin, or caraway if you like it. You may even add baked red pepper.
