HOMEMADE GRANOLA

Preparation time: 40+

Difficulty: easy


For one big glass bowl


Ingredients:

  • 400 g rolled oats

  • 150 g almonds

  • 150 g hazelnuts

  • 150 g dried sugar-free cranberries

  • pinch of salt

  • 1 tsp vanilla

  • 1/2 - 1 cup cacao butter

  • 1/2 cup coconut blossom syrup



Coarsely grind almonds and hazelnuts, and melt the butter. Add all ingredients into a bigger bowl and mix them well. Preheat the oven to 150°C. Spread everything on the baking tray and bake for about an hour. Mix well every 15 minutes. Oats and nuts must be golden brown.

Only when granola cools down, it becomes crunchy. You may add chocolate chips to the cooled granola.
