Ingredients:
5 tsp green tea
1 l water
5 sprigs fresh thyme
3 sprigs fresh rosemary
lemon and sweetener if you wish
Heat the water to 80°C and pour it into a teapot with green tea, leave for 2 - 3 minutes, remove tea leaves and add thyme and rosemary. Tea is ready to serve after 5 minutes. Add sweetener and lemon if you wish. This tea is excellent chilled with ice, it is an invigorating green tea for hot summer days.
Thyme tea also helps stimulate memory, relieves headaches and muscle tension. It also contains a compound called carvacrol, which is an excellent natural tranquillizer and has a tonic effect on the entire nervous system.
Rosemary acts anti-oxidative, antibacterial, and anti-inflammatory.
