DETOX SALAD

Serves 3


Ingredients:

  • 6 juicy tomatoes

  • 3 cucumbers

  • few ribs of celery

  • few celery leaves

  • small bunch of fresh lovage

  • 2 tbs sunflower seeds

  • 2 tbs pumpkin seeds

  • balsamic vinegar

  • salt and pepper



Neatly dice tomatoes to your preferred size. Cut the cucumber. Dice ribs of celery into small cubes and chop the celery leaves and lovage. Then pan-roast sunflower and pumpkin seeds. Add all the ingredients into a bigger bowl, season to taste, toss well, and serve.

You may add any other fresh herb or spice to the salad. Like basil or chopped marjoram.
