CRISPY CHICKPEAS

Serves 2


Ingredients:

  • 2 cups cooked or canned chickpeas

  • 1 to 2 tsp red paprika

  • pinch of cayenne pepper

  • salt



Add the ingredients to a bowl and mix them well. Preheat the oven to 170°C. Place chickpeas on a baking tray and bake until they are crispy. For approx. one hour. Toss chickpeas a few times while baking, taste, and see if they are ready. It is best to use them on the same day, otherwise, they can get soft when kept at room temperature.
