CHOCOLATE TRUFFLES

Preparation time: 40+ min

Difficulty: easy


Ingredients:

  • 1 can coconut milk

  • 250 g dark chocolate (min. 70% cacao)

  • 3 tbs coconut oil

  • pinch of salt



Crumble dark chocolate into a bigger bowl, add coconut oil and a pinch of salt. Bring coconut milk to a boil and pour it over the chocolate and stir gently. Pour the mixture into a bowl and leave in the fridge overnight. Next day, make pretty truffles and roll them in the cocoa powder, ground pistachios or coconut flour.
