Ingredients:
1 big cauliflower
400 g chickpeas in a jar
1 small leek
1 tsp ground coriander
1 tsp ground curry
1 tbs roasted sesame seeds
1 tsp red paprika
salt and pepper
Cut cauliflower into florets and briefly boil them. Cook until the middle is still hard. Drain and bit by bit mix in a food processor together with drained chickpeas and chopped leek. Put the batter into a bigger bowl, season to taste. Form bigger balls with your hands and place them on a baking sheet then flatten them against the baking tray. Preheat the oven to 200°C and bake until you get a golden brown crust.
