BANANA BREAD WITH TAHINI AND CHOCOLATE

Preparation time: 20 min

Difficulty: easy


Baking tray 32 x 13 cm


Wet ingredients:

  • 1 cup soy milk (you can also use coconut milk)

  • 1 tsp vinegar

  • ¾ cup coconut sugar

  • ¼ cup coconut oil

  • ¾ cup tahini

  • 2 large ripe bananas (or 3 small ones)



Add all ingredients to a blender and blend them very quickly. It’s okay if you see smaller pieces of banana left.


Dry ingredients:

  • ½ tsp salt

  • 2 ½ cups spelt flour

  • 1 tsp baking powder

  • 1 tsp bicarbonate soda

  • 200 g dark chocolate drops


Add dry ingredients to a large bowl and mix them well. Add wet ingredients to the dry ones and quickly mix them. Add everything to a baking tray. Preheat the oven to 175°C and bake for 45 minutes.
